Aloha! I am Ellie Knopf and I have been living on Kauai with my husband and four children since moving from Palo Alto, CA in 1998.

I left my life as a registered nurse/property manager and returned to the islands of my grandfather, Eric Laysan-Schlemmer of Laysan Island to be a part of the hospitality and tourism industry here on Kauai.
