Aloha! I am Ellie Knopf and I have been living on Kauai with my husband since moving from Palo Alto, CA in 1998.
I left my life as a registered nurse/property manager and returned to the islands of my grandfather, Eric Laysan-Schlemmer of Laysan Island to be a part of the hospitality and tourism industry here on Kauai.
Vacationing in Poipu
Poipu Beach is famous for its sunny, mild weather and features some of the best snorkeling and swimming on Kauai.
There are wonderful restaurants, boutique shopping and 2 golf courses in the Poipu area.
Each of my affordable Poipu Vacation Rentals is unique and each is nestled into local neighborhoods.
